At Hebburn in South Tyneside today for a service call on a THB Bury CC9060 car kit, customer reports very poor volume and on occasions no volume at all. On a situation like this we have on hand a complete new car kit to enable us to rectify any broken parts in one visit, not having to return to the job keeps the costs down and make it more convenient for the customer. A quick diagnose of the problem and we replace a new audio mute interface…. sound back to a nice crisp and clear level, customer happy and were on our way.
